What type of Satisfaction Guarantee do you offer?
We stand behind every product that is offered on this gift website. Most products have their own individual guarantee. Be sure to check the product's page and click the link titled "Shipping" for more information.
If you need to return an item that was purchased on the In Law Gifts site, click here: Returns to request a return authorization number. Be sure to include your order number (if available), the date of purchase, the product you purchased and the reason you are returning the item. Any items received back to us without return authorization will be denied and sent back to the sender.
If you are not satisfied with our Gift Baskets, Towers, Boxes, Gift Mugs, Baked Items or Tins, bring it to our immediate attention. In Law Gifts believes in Customer Satisfaction and we will do everything in our power to rectify any problem that may arise with any of the products we offer on this website.
Please Note: Shipping charges to or from a destination are non-refundable. In Law Gifts is not responsible for inaccurate delivery addresses, so please be sure to be extra attentive when entering a "ship to" address.

I prefer not to send my info over the internet, can I call in an order?
Yes. We would be more than happy to take your order by telephone. You can call us at 1-605-463-2700 and be sure to mention the In Law Gifts web site. Our company is owned by Startique and all orders and payments are done through them. We also accept orders by fax and mail. Because of security purposes, we suggest that you do not send in personal information (credit card numbers, etc.) by e-mail.
What Payment Options do you offer?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through PayPal. PayPal does NOT require you to sign up! Just enter your billing, shipping and credit card info and you're all set! All payments are made to our parent company Startique. In Law Gifts will receive and fulfill your order! We also accept Money Orders and Personal Checks. Please note: Personal Checks must clear our bank before we can ship an order. If you are not comfortable submitting your credit card information over the internet, simply call us at 1-605-463-2700, and we will take your information over the telephone. During the checkout process, check the payment option you prefer. We will receive your order electronically.
